What is Gallivac BDA?

THE ORIGINAL IBD ANTIGEN-ANTIBODY COMPLEX

• A vaccine that contains a live intermediate plus IBD virus strain (Winterfield 2512), mixed with IBD antiserum.
• Gallivac BDA™ Antigen-Antibody complex is not neutralised by maternal IBD antibodies the way traditional live IBD vaccines are. Gallivac BDA™ starts to work when IBD maternal antibodies wane to allow active immunity against IBD.
• Gallivac BDA™ is administered in the hatchery replacing the drinking water vaccination in the field

How is Gallivac BDA Administered?

• Gallivac BDA™ is administered in the hatchery via in ovo or subcutaneous route.
• We offer the Zootec™ Single for subcutaneous injection of up to 3 000 birds per hour
• Alternatively, we offer the Ovo-Jector™ for in ovo injection of up to 35 000 eggs per hour.
